By registering to receive communications and to be informed of major ERRES events, you agree that the data transmitted will be hosted in France within the premises of Edmond de Rothschild (France), 47, rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, 75008 Paris, a bank approved by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, organised under the laws of France, which shall act as data processor on our behalf. The maintenance of our Global CRM system and servers shall be delegated to Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (France), 47, rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, 75008 Paris, a management company approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers, organised under the laws of France, which may have access to the data stored in our Global CRM as part of its maintenance services.

The SICAV has delegated its administration, management and distribution to CACEIS (Switzerland) SA, Nyon, as the fund manager. CACEIS (Switzerland) SA has delegated the SICAV’s investment management and exclusive distribution with the power to sub-distribute SICAV shares to Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) SA in Geneva. Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) has sub-delegated distribution to Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse) SA and to Bank Julius Baer & Co Ltd in particular. Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, in Lausanne, is the SICAV’s Depositary Bank.

GOVERNING LAW

Use of the Site is governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any complaints or disputes relating to the Site and its use shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
